St. Sava Street (stretches from Slavija to the Temple), in the immediate vicinity of the Clinical Center, Children's Hospital and the Faculty of Medicine.
Great space and great location for shorter and longer stays for 1-3 people.
The apartment of 24m2 is on the high ground floor, in a building with 4 floors, in a one-way street that directly leads to the St. Sava Temple and Slavija Square.
Another building next to the Temple! It is an old building, a marble entrance, and the apartment is located first in the building.
The ceiling height is 3m. The layout is great.
The kitchen is separate from the room and has everything you need to prepare food, a fridge and a stove.
View of a clean and beautifully landscaped yard with greenery. Completely isolated from city noise.
The street is quiet and clean. You are in the park in front of the Temple as soon as you exit the building and cross the street.
Nearby (Makenzijeva Street) is our second apartment, together they can accommodate a group of up to 7 people.

Rent for 4 weeks for 1 or 2 people: € 500.
All costs included.
Cleaning once a week.

Price list for New Year's holidays (for 1 or 2 people):
1-4 nights € 200
every next night + € 25

A security deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
This amount will be refunded in full upon check-out, after checking the accommodation unit.

Parking is possible in front of the building in the 3rd parking zone (if you find a parking space), in the car park of Slavija Square and in the car park of the Slavija hotel which are located in the immediate vicinity. Parking in the green zone (where the accommodation is located) is paid Mon-Friday 7-21h and Saturday 7-14h:
- per started hour, max 4 hours (first three hours 41din / 1h, fourth hour / 140din), or
- daily parking ticket (935din / € 8 - 24h) is valid from the moment of issuance until the same time on the first following day in which parking is charged.
- Parking is free from Saturday 14h to Monday 7h.
