Great space and great location for daily rent and shorter or longer stay for 1-4 people.
The apartment of 30m2 is on the high ground floor, in a building with 4 floors.
It is an old building, a marble entrance, and the apartment is located first in the building.
The ceiling height is 3m. The layout is great.
The windows overlook the courtyard which is quiet and peaceful.
Nearby (St. Sava Street) is our second apartment, together they can accommodate a group of up to 7 people.

every next night + € 25

A security deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
This amount will be refunded in full upon check-out, after checking the accommodation unit.

Parking in the green zone (where the accommodation is located) is paid Mon-Friday 7-21h and Saturday 7-14h:
- per started hour, max 4 hours (first three hours 41din / 1h, fourth hour / 140din), or
- daily parking ticket (935din / € 8 - 24h) is valid from the moment of issuance until the same time on the first following day in which parking is charged.
- Parking is free from Saturday 14h to Monday 7h.
